How Do I Return a Product to Hempture?
We are proud of the quality of our products and as such, if you find that your products arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition simply email us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will find a suitable solution.
To ensure speed and accuracy while processing your returns, you must place THIS RMA RETURNS FORM inside with products, and ship by recorded post or tracked courier to: HEMPTURE, Returns Department, 6a Abbey Street Upper, Dublin 1, Ireland.
Missing items Must be reported within 48 hours. All orders are packed with extreme care on a packing table that is monitored by close up by HD CCTV, this is to ensure extreme accuracy and to avoid any problems, in addition all packages are weighed before been labeled and shipped. Please note: Missing items that are not reported within 48 hours cannot be rectified. TO PROCESS A CLAIM FOR MISSNG ITEM/S FROM A POTENTIALLY 'TAMPERED WITH' PACKAGE: The customer is required to contact DPD within 48 hours to open a claim and request a claim number. When you have your claim number please get in touch with us via hello@hempture.ie http://www.DPD.ie You can contact DPD on Tel: 090 6420500 If for some reason you find you have any missing products from your order then please contact our Customer Care team immediately by emailing us. (Please note, some orders with multiple items may be shipped separately to fulfil your order quickly)
Lost package Lost parcels must be reported within 10 days of the dispatch date we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
Damaged parcel Important: If you find your products to be damaged in transit this must be reported by emailing us within 24 hours of receiving your package to make any claims, all damaged orders must ALSO be reported to DPD couriers within this time period otherwise your order claim cannot be processed due to the couriers T&Cs.
Refunding Delivery Charges Please note, delivery charges are NOT refundable in all circumstances.
Additional Returns Information We retain the right to request a return of the faulty products with the consignment number on the outside of your parcel, by recorded delivery to the below address, and the products will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned products. We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return products. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be responsible for products which don't make it back to our warehouse. Please include your details, name, order number and reason for return with all packages. We highly recommend when returning Items that you send them by registered post or courier with proof. - Approval for the return must be received prior to the return of the shipment to the Company. This approval must be obtained in writing via email, and this actual return shipment must be accompanied by your RMA Number. To obtain your RMA number please email hello@hempture.ie
- Products returned to the company without prior authorization (RMA Number) will not qualify for a product credit or refund and will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.

- Qualifying items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order unless otherwise agreed with your sales agent.

- Distributors/Stockist: In all cases orders returned and are subject to a 10% restocking fee if after the 30 days.

- Free products that are not returned, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the original amount to be refunded.
