What are the Shipping Fees:
Republic of Ireland: €7 per order
UK & Northern Ireland: €13 per order
Rest of EU: €30 per order
Note: Remote locations or Islands may have an additional shipping charge, please check with us before you order.

What are the Shipping times once dispatched:
Republic of Ireland: We aim to ship orders the same or next day in most cases, However please allow 1-3 working days to have your order dispatched. Once dispatched most orders are delivered the next day in Ireland. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on a Monday.
Northern Ireland: 1-3 days
Rest of EU: 3-7 days
UK: 3-5 Days
Dispatch times: Once you place an order it will be generally shipped the same or next working day once ordered before 12 noon, otherwise normally it will shipped within 1-3 days. If your order will be delayed will will notify you. Sometimes items maybe shipped separately. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays. On busy periods or sales orders may take up to 5 working days to dispatch.
All orders are shipped by DPD couriers or An Post registered and can be tracked, a signature is required on delivery.
We will email you when your order ships automatically. A tracking number is provided. While all Hempture products are 100% legal we do send all of our orders in discreet packaging.The driver will not leave your package in a letter box or other remote location for security reasons, please ensure someone is at home to accept your delivery.
